you took some great shots there lil missy! I would really like some flag fish myself! Nice you can go to the canal and catch such cool fins! We are high desert here. Which means no bleeping water to play in much unless you don't mind the dern leeches UGH. Actually we have great streams and rivers (not many but they are there) but there are no real cool fins to get, mostly trout and fishing varieties, nothing I am interested in as I won't eat freshwater fins anyway (too bony yuck). Now sea food, that's a different story! Anyway, its finally cooling off around here, and it threatens rain which never comes but at least there are some clouds to give me hope :) I have a small bit of java moss started in the spazbees world, and will add more later this week. The first little clump has been in there about a month and so far, so good. Cleaned out the lostspaz yesterday and rearranged the plants in there, soon there won't be much need for the fakes but I still like the red ocelot ones, as I am sure I wouldn't be able to grow them for real. Maybe someday when I have better equipment and more room....SOMEDAY! Well, get back to your homework and will chat up later! |
