hey buddy
well to euthanize is a debatable situation in some cases its a necessary evil so to say, i have some tuff decisions when i am out in the field when i have to take out an aggressive animal so i know it can be tough, as for fish for me i stun them in the net and then place it in hot tap water, what this method does is that once the fish is stunned due to impact i make sure it isnt going to recover so i place it in hot tap water, to stun in a net take the fish in question place it in a net swing back and slap the fish in the net up against a flat hard surface like a bathroom tub or sink run hot water from the tap before you do this and once stunned then place net and fish in the water this usually finishes the process, alot of people can not bring themselves to do this due to personal reasons so another way would be to place in a freezer baggie and place in the freezer to slowly kill your fish but i find this to be more inhumane then my method and my method is quick also a quick chopping of the head works fast as well but very messy, what ever means you have just make sure you really need to euthanize in the first place, best wishes my friend..
