Greetings!
Yebo, sanibona! Kunjani? (how are you?) Estoy bien! Well, in Mozambique its Portuguese and Xitsonga that are fused into one culture. The season has changed to Spring and its very hot, dry, windy and pretty dusty. Its not good for the throat and sinuses and so I’ve been battling along. I smoke too, which doesn’t help. I know its bad, perhaps one day I will quit. The family are all well. My daughter is doing great and my wife too. Sure sounds like an early winter for y’all. The colours must be amazing, I love it too in the Autumn, as we call the Fall here. Poor Lulu, I hope she doesn’t get too cold. The fish are well, though I had some sick discus last week. Its every discus keepers nightmare, a disease called Chlidonella. So far most have responded to treatment, except for a cobalt blue adolescent. I hope he makes it. Sheena, my grey rat snake, has been eating rather well now that her fast over the winter is broken. My Taiwanese Beauty is still hibernating, even in this heat. She will moult once and then she will begin to eat. Roberto is well, he is doing good with regard to the work he does. In his spare time he has visited places of interest here, like Sun City, Kruger National Park, Bela-bela, Zululand, Durban and Cape Town. He is enjoying it here. I’m sorry it took so long to reply. Truth is I was not well. I suffer from bi-polar disorder and sometimes I have episodes. Well this last one felt like an epic saga, but I’m getting better day by day. I’ve learned to live with it and it’s a lifelong thing so I will always have it. Treatment does help. I sincerely wish that you and your wonderful family are all well! Take care umgane wami (my friend)! Ni Sale Kahle (Stay well/fare well). Stokes
