what up ira cool buddy get some sleep man i know exactly how you feel i was on third shift for years and second shift for 6 years and now first shift going on 10 months now and i am still sleepy well because i am internally screwed up cant get to bed til like 2am and i have to be up at 5am so i am only getting about 3 to 4 hours of sleep each day pretty messed up aye, cool hit me back soon..
