Hey Good luck with the permit! Just be really careful and always use your seatbelt even if it isn't a law where you are. I lost my 17yo nephew David in a car accident. He was thrown from his Ford Explorer about 75ft and his friend Kevin who was 16, had the car land on top of him. Neither were wearing their seatbelts. If they had bee they probably would have been saved. Check out www.mvdriveforlife.org. It tells David's story and is how my brother and sister in law are dealing with their grief. They're trying to get driver's ed legislated back into the school systems. I don't mean to preach but please never forget that a car is a weapon too. Enough of that. Glad school is going well for you. The little island we went to is probably not quite what you have pictured in your mind, lol but is still quite nice. Maybe someday you can come visit.
