Sorry it took a while to get back to you. Sorry to hear about your Betta's who sadly passed. Mom has gone through at least 7 Betta's in her life. You see, she didnt know much about Betta Fish, and she put it on a nightstand by a lamp and turned the lamp on- next thing she knew, it was dead. She wasnt being smart and just kept on getting Betta's and putting them there! After 3 fish, she finnaly figured it out! The other 4 died either mom forgot to feed them, most likely, or the water got really dirty and mom didnt clean the tank. And know she has us and she feeds us every night, and cleans our tank 1-2 times a month. Saphire IS a female.. good job.. the other one, Violet, we are unsure because we have had her for over 5 years, can you tell if it is a male or female? Thanks! From, V&S |
