hey buddy if you are going to be gone for like 5 days i wouldnt do anything he will be fine, i go to florida each year for a week vacation and i dont feed my fish at all and honest fish are built to store fats and other food stuff in the event of a period were there isnt anything to eat, all fish dont have a huge hand out in the open waters feeding them foods aye, some fish go a month in the wild with out eating as for us we are like oh we must feed them every day, they are geared this way he will be fine if you want to do anything you could feed him an extra feeding each day til you leave, if he is in anything less than 5gal i wouldnt stick one of those feeder blocks in there it will foul the water and kill him and if you gonna be gone for longer than a week have someone come by and put a pinch in and thats it a tiny pinch, best wishes aye..><}}}">
