Fugly I'm Home! Whew, vacation was tough as it got cut short, so all we did was a ton of chores for bf's mom. I could have stayed home and done chores! We drove 24.5 hours to get there with some pit stops every few hours to stretch about. The way home was better as we stayed in a hotel (which may not have been any better than just going straight through haha) so that made it easier to deal with the road wearies. ND was green and humid and I enjoyed the incredibly fresh air. Did not enjoy being in such a small town that closes up by 6 every night. Been in 24 hour towns most of my life so not sure how I would like not even having a 7-11 nearby to hit up for late night ice cream cravings that teen boys (and I) sometimes like to indulge! But I did enjoy the rivers and coolies full of wildlife. Wild turkeys, pheasant, and multiple 4 legged friends, including a young female moose were all over where we traveled. But I missed my own furries and fins and they were all glad we came home to them again!
