My salt water tank
I started this tank about six years ago because I had an extra 20g sitting around and I had never tried salt water. I have kept it simple for the most part and my only really large ticket items have been the live rock and the protein skimmer. But when you only buy a few pounds of rock at a time, it is not to bad. The tank is kept in the living room but I plan on moving it in to the dinning room soon because it is to hard to clean now. Other than toping of water, not much else is done to the tank. The snails and lipits keep the glass clean and the worms make short work of any extra food the clown fish does not eat. What ever gets past the snails or worms the starfish and crabs get.
