Hey again The question was is saltwater worth the expense?! For me that's an absolute yes. Just like freshwater, there are different levels of saltwater with associated levels of cost. If you're just interested in keeping fish, the expense isn't that bad. The other end of the spectrum is a full blown reef, set up for SPS corals. Kinda like the difference between a Betta bowl and a fully planted tank. I've kept both fresh and salt, love 'em both but I do prefer the salt. Leavin' ya with a vote, take care.
