Hey, how's it going? Woke up yetserday to crying daughter. Turns out, my blue crayfish managed to climb out of the tank and crawled into her room. When she woke up for school, it was in the middle of her floor...pretty dried out but alive. I put it in a bowl of tank water for a while and he seemed to get all his strength back. By the time I put him back in the tank, he was getting pretty feisty again. Haven't seen him since, so hopefully he's just hiding out of sight for a while. I did figure out how he got out. I put an air line into the tank and I'm positive he climbed it and shimmied over to an opening that used to have a heater in it. I covered it up so he should be staying put again. Hope things are going good with yours.
