French and radical take overs ahh, the joys of school. But even better, the true joys of fin keeping! I am upgrading spazbees into a 20 gal this week, that 12 gal bow front just isn't getting along with me and I am in control of this planet (hey, it's my illusion....) so that will be fun. Just got back from a week up in Washington state with a life long friend, we had way too much fun. Saw much cool stuff in several museums and amazing scenery so that alone was worth the trip. Hostile takeovers are a fun time. My male Paradise fin decided to count coup all by himself and had to make him his own island nation. He can see the female from where he is but she isn't falling for his political double talk and has firmly planted her flag in the lost spaz world. If you haven't yet, you should check out comedian Eddie Izzard. He is my fave and is quite knowledgeable of history and making it hilarious. You may wish to you-tube his death star cantina routine if you are not familiar with his work. And a lizard, coolness! What kind? My cat likes to bring me blue bellies and let them loose in the house. We had a collared lizard for awhile, he was mean and attacked the cats through the cage, funny guy he was!
