tune in for spaz world go round
so, t-day was awesome, my sister and sis in law cooked and babied me, I was the guest and my contribution was to mix the dips and bring drinks. First time in about 20 years I was not the slave so I relished it immensely. So got killis tank up and running, only caught 3 so far, 3 to go. They are small and FAST. Also, boyfriend did a trade with my aunt for some computer work and she gave me a sweet 55 that I am in the process of setting up today! OH MAN am I thrilled, so I am going to combine the gargoyle, sewer and t-rex into it and get rid of the 2 tens and the black 20. Still have the faux granite 20 and a 40 in the garage so not like I am suffering any. Plus the killis 5 and the bees 12 is more than enough. I made room for the 55 by taking the top off my hutch and using the base as the stand,, it's all the same oak - well the tank is fake of course, so it's looking very nice so far. Scary about the predators you found, wow, huge ones too. That must have been way creepy when you saw those critters in there. You have got one crazy work schedule for sure. It's hard to catch up on housework and I am home all day. Of course playing in tanks doesn't help, but since the family is very supportive, I am lucky. Will owe boyfriend several lifetimes for the tank score, but I think I came out ahead! |
