Sigh.
Well, I thought that a betta and two guppies would be well. He was a placid fellow, or so I thought. Guess what he did to my precious Zoomer? He ripped off most of his top part of his tail, and bit off some of the base of his tail. So right now Indigo is in jail. In a separate 1 gal. tank all by himself with a few rocks. I might have to take him back. And get a new guppy, I did get Lickety-Split, when he's healed. If he heals. It is pretty bad, but I'm medicating him with meds and salt. Worked for Lickety-Split, he had nipped his fins a bit.
Lesson in life learned. I feel so awful, so stupid, so guilty, and very sad. I just hope he heals and lives. It was all my fault. Please don't tell me how stupid I had been, because I know. At least it wasn't worse. Sigh. I'll keep you posted. I'm putting Lickety-Split on soon, when I get a chance, but I don't know if I'll be able to keep Indigo. We'll see. See you!
