Hello!
Our 'storm' lasted about as long as it took me to finish some blogs, make a quick phone call to change an appt and then POOF, it was gone! The mtns got hammered heavily though which is great. It's cloudy but not too chilly this morning, and we have 'chance of snow' which I'm hoping will become reality after I pick up the kid. I'll take Mo along and we will go to a place that she can run off leash and chase bunnies. Lots of desert all around and lots of fun places to let dogs be a bit wild for a good run. Or in Mo's case a good gallop hehe. Miss Waddles doesn't really run much, never did, but boy can she trot and gallop hehehe. I like never having to bend down to pet her, my little MoBearPig hehe. Anyway, I'm feeling a bit better today over all, hopefully my dad won't need anything as I'm not in the mood to shop or drive very far. My stepmom isn't doing so good, got some heart failure to add to her growing list of body parts failing. Of course, she was doing better but refused to do anything for herself and just whined for more pain meds all the time, guess she's where she wants to be. She's an 80yr old major alcoholic and a prescription pill popper for most of her life so I'm not surprised everything is shutting down. Still never understood why my dad married her. And they've only been together about a year longer than bf and I, so about 8 yrs is all. As she's my 4th stepmom, I'm pretty sure I'll have a 5th if she decided to just pass on. Told my dad us kids will be picking out his next wife cuz we've had enough of his bad choices. He agreed hehe. Games, I'm still on Zelda WindWaker, of course this is my 2nd play through, technically my 2.75 cuz I deleted my first file so I could do some things I did wrong. I'll be playing a 3rd time through, need to finish taking 'picture' for the 'nintendo gallery' side quest they have cuz that's why I play Zelda games, the side quests are my favorite and getting all the items maxed out etc etc. Yea, I'm a super geek...Hope you get some good rains and cool weather that you love, and I'm hoping the same for me.
