Hello!
well, had a very busy week. And we were without internet due to an ATT area wide outage for over 30 hours. I have been so busy with my dad and my own life that exhaustion took over. I tried to cut off my left index finger at the nail on Mon...ouch. I finally got it bandaged so I can type though and it's looking pretty good today. Hopefully the nail will grow back correctly. I'm rather fond of my nails, even though they are pretty short due to art work and lots of typing, I still like to paint them and be a girl once in awhile! Mo and I are doing 2mile walks a day again and feeling so much better. I don't care how tired I am, we do enjoy our walks and it helps my mood. Dealing with my dad has become cumbersome and my stepsister yelled at him the other day for making me come all the way over to his house to help with laundry when they are staying there and have been doing laundry the whole time and told him they'd do his too of course. He's in for a big surprise, I'm putting him on a new schedule and incorporating in other family members as I cannot be 'on call' for him 7 days a week especially when there are 3 others to help, most especially when he's being so difficult. My stepmom is still in pretty bad shape but she's very motivated and should be getting into rehab soon, then she can start working on coming home. Loki is great, he's so dern funny and we sure love him. He's a fast study and hasn't had any new breakages since the vase incident. And he still plays video games with me so that's nice too. He's getting better about Mo, hopefully they'll be better friends in another month or 2. Well, need to finish catching up and get ready for a nice walk. It's sunny, clear and in the 40's here, very boring but nice for walking. HUGS! and welcome back! |
