He's about 10" right now and fairly fat too hehe. Later this year I'll move him into a 55gal. They only get about 18". They aren't that hard to keep actually, well, at least this one isn't. Had him almost 3yrs now, was only about 4" when purchased and never had a problem. He likes most foods, and is also a plankton eater so spends a lot of time looking like he's gulping for air, but he's just eating all the goodies out of the water. He likes live worms, sinking pellets and algae wafers, brine shrimp, etc etc. My fish all get either live or frozen unless it's a pellet type. Well, the glofish like flakes too. The 55 will be the biggest tank he'll need, and my aunt had one for 13 years, so we'll see if he'll beat that family record and how big he'll get. Thanks for stopping by!
