Hello!
Got some light rains and more to come this week, I'm loving it. Dirty ice is not my favorite thing to look at. House chores just get tedious sometimes, but now that I have Loki to help, it's twice the work! He's so curious and nosy, it's hilarious the predicaments he gets into. He has to see what everyone is doing, all the time. My son says there is no privacy here anymore hehe. I don't knit or crochet but my mom, sister and my daughter sure do. My daughter made me an awesome scarf and hat set last year. I do a lot of other art work; kiln formed glass things, metal work (welding for art), sculpture out of clay or found items, lots of painting of anything, including several pieces of furniture I've redone for our house and for other people. No fancy woodworking stuff, just nifty paint overs on pieces that aren't great to begin with. I do have many antiques that have been in my family for way longer than I've been around and those were redone professionally. It helps my aunt and uncle have their own shop for that, they do great work. I'm glad I'm the favorite niece as I'd never be able to afford them! hehe. I need to get out for a walk today with my dog, we didn't go yesterday and now we're both restless and need fresh air. Then I'll be playing some more Zelda, I'm on a side quest right now and those are my favorite parts hehe. Hope you are having a good day too! |
