Hello!
Must have been something in the air yesterday. Loki got in trouble too. First he was climbing into the garden window over the sink, there's lots of plants in there, none for cats, most of them seedlings or new cuttings, so when he was squirted and told to get down, he panicked and took out most of what was on the countertop with him, breaking a glass in the process, so had to clean the whole kitchen floor, rugs, Mo's feeding area, countertops...Then the rest of the day he proceeded to abuse me, scratching, biting and acting like a feral inside for the first time, was hissing and being very naughty to Mo, and so got many more scoldings and found out biting or scratching me means a loud NO, a gentle boop on the nose and a very very fast landing on the floor, all at once. After about 5 of those sessions cuz he's a hard headed boy, he finally calmed down, jumped on my lap claws free, scooted up to kiss my nose and nuzzle me for the first make up. later on he decided we'd play Zelda and he's my partner now so gently got on me and kissed my chin a few times, all while purring and showing his lovey side and then had a nice nap all across my chest. I was slouching while playing with pillows for props and it was quite comfortable. Boys, they are such...boys! Mo takes Loki with a grain of salt, she just stares at him like he's nuts, which he most likely is hehe. She's enjoying her big cow foot right now and Loki is really curious to know if he could maybe have some but she's doing a great job of ignoring him completely. Hopefully he'll learn soon that Mo will be his bff! So sorry to hear about the knee! At least it wasn't your head this time! Lucky for Pippin that Eddie isn't taking him too seriously or he could be really hurt. I like that he knew how to sweeten up later hehe. Loki has had treats taken away for bad behavior and boy did he learn quick. He also knows Mo's code words for meds etc, I announce it's Cheez&Vitamin time so Mo comes happily over and so does Loki, both of them wagging tails and letting me know what a great Food Goddess I am HAHAHA. Loki and my cat are getting along much much better now, they play and zoom about and it's great fun for us and them. Mo is doing a lot better, her lab results made the vet happy. She will be on 2 pills a day for ever, and her skin condition will most likely come and go as well, though it shouldn't get as bad as it did. Poor baby. I found an indoor dog wash place in the same strip mall as some of my haunts thats only about a 3 minute car ride so she'll soon be getting regular baths which should also help. I'm hoping for at least once a month for that, most likely more in the summer since we have so much dirt around still. Eventually I'm hoping to have not only more flowers and shrubs, but then fill in the rest with sedums and creeping thyme. We have no desire to mow a lawn so alternatives are in the works. Hugs to you, and furbabies too. I'm looking forward to meeting Eddie! Well, all of them, but mostly E
