Hello!
Whew, what a great but busy weekend I had! And I scored a little something for you, don't worry, it was a freebie and I think you'll enjoy it. Well, if not, pass it on hehe. Anyway, did lots of chores, lots of shopping, lots of phone calls, lots of reading, some decorating and just over all lots of fun. Whew. Gonna be busy around here for a few weeks. We all decided we're celebrating xmas on the 30th. Well, I'm more of a yule gal but whatever. Got my Charlie Brown xmas tree out today, and another very cute lil natural tree that I got years ago from a thrift store cuz kids and I had not much money so we sorta winged it, had to take all the lights off of it as one went out and it is a very old strand of lights, nothing else we could find last year would fit it and the dern strand was put on with these crazy clips, took my about 1/2 hour to de-light a 2 foot tall tree! Jeesh! My fingers are still sore! But I'll restring it with something new this year. And I'll most like add some garland of some sort to it too. Mo was rather put out with me the past 2 days as I hadn't taken her anywhere and kept leaving her home with boys, so today I did a local pet store run and got her some cow feet, and a weird long sinew thingy of some sort that takes her a few hours to get through, so she was super happy and forgave me hehe. Had to get crickets too, but didn't have to feed gecko this time, made the boys do it. it's their critter after all! Anyway, not much else to tell, hopefully I'll get stuff mailed next week, but maybe not till week after, depends on a few things, like my motivation factor HAHAHA. Hugs to all, and chat with you later. I did manage to get the camera upstairs so perhaps I'll get some pics done very soon. Did you get a live tree? We're doing a fake one this year, other than mini ones, I've never done a big one, we'll see how I like it...hehe. |
