Hello!
Snow! I am happy we had the huge rain storm, even though it threatened to cause some severe flooding. It didn't and now the area is nice and clean and cold, but RAIN! YAY! I so know what you mean about being stuck inside. When my daughter was still in diapers, but walking around getting into everything, we survived a 30 feet of snow in 30 days storm. We lived at S. Lake Tahoe, and yea, there was no place left to put shoveled or plowed snow, our house became a big 'cave, snow past the roofs and trying to keep the roof clear wasn't fun at all, but wow, did we have fun anyway. Lots of hot chocolate and snow ice cream, trying to keep a trail clear for the dog and the baby to walk several times a day, sledding in the street from the mtn of snow in the front yard down, watching the snowplows try to figure out where to blow the freshly plowed snow as well as trying to keep lanes big enough for at least one car to drive through. Talk about a winter wonderland! Been through some interesting snow storms, been stuck inside more times than I care to remember, but it does make for some creative moments, have made all kinds of nifty things over the years that I've given as gifts that are still with the folk they were made for. And boy, can I do word puzzles hehe. It helps I'm a book addict too, always have something to read or study. Well, guess I need to finish my chores so I can walk the dog in a bit, she's giving me the 'I need a big walk' look. Of course, all her looks are big, she's a 135lb Rottweiler hehe. My little buttercup lapdog, just ask her! hehe. Hope you got to get outside for at least a minute and are finding things to keep busy with!
