Hello!
It's actually pretty warm here, and pouring rain. We had crazy winds last night, around 80mph with gusts to 130 over the ridge tops. My friend who lives up on a high hill lost part of her roof and said another neighbors shed blew onto a different neighbors trailer below her. She has this huge crazy house on a hill overlooking much of the area, including views of things you wouldn't want to see, like a junkyard, but wow, her sunsets are awesome up there! Anyway, we're in a flood watch till sunday but our area is fine, never even lost power. I've been risking using the kiln and making sacrificial baked goods hehe. Other than a few things blown around the back yard, we didn't get much action on our block. And we're well away from the flood zones so no worries. Glad it's not very cold, I'm not ready for ice yet! Hope you stay warm and enjoy your day. Congrats on the guest room progress, does this mean I can visit now? hehe. |
