Hello!
and Happy Thanksgiving! You know we're in for a good one! Except we'll be doing another one for our small group later on next week...we love turkey and all the goodies, have it more than just 2x a year, and well, my aunt is great and her house is so much fun but her turkey is always always always over cooked and she puts more fruit and nuts in her stuffing than bread and well, sometimes you just want traditional stuffing, no nuts or fruit...lots of gravy...hehe. We're also having prime rib and a ham so not like anyone will starve anyway, plus a million side dishes. me, I get to do the mashed taters, and bring a couple of Costco pies. tough I know, but I'm up for the challenge hehe. Well, and my homemade whipped cream. So, I'm super super excited that tomorrow I'll get to get Mo back to the vet and we'll start her meds, WooHoo! We have missed our frisky girl so much and this is going to be such a relief to have her healthy again. Wish you could have seen her big toothy grin at the vet, those who don't know her think she's quite scary, she has big teeth hehe. I think she'd loved to nuzzle up Sir Rufus, she is such a gentle giant and would have been a great breeder. My sister calls her Mo Nana hehe. So, weather is clear and crisp, looks to be a lovely day for a walk and then peeling a mtn of taters. Well guess I should get busy so I can get ready for lots of fun. Hope the SIL is feeling better and that you are all in for a super fantastic day! HUGS! |
