Enjoying this gorgeous day. Thanks for the thyroid link. Mo does get her coconut butter 3-5 days a week, organic from VitaCost btw, and she loves the stuff. We'll be getting her to the vet and started on meds soon. I have to day while I'm a fan of holistic etc, I still want her to be evaluated, and I found out the pills she'll need are only like .08 each, she'll take 2 for a few months and then once it levels out, just one daily. I'd do more holistic but it will cost like 80+ a month for a dog her size. She's a Roman Rottweiler, and so is big by nature anyway! But I will look into supplementing more in her diet for sure. She's such a great dog, my MA and my sis are super scared of big dogs, as in really really scared and they LOVE Mo, she's so gentle and so incredibly funny and they've overcome their fear, with her anyway. I'm more afraid of small dogs, go figure. Birds are still my #1 phobia though, wow am I a dork! hehe. So, took my son to vote for his first time this morning, and he was so surprised when I told him it only takes a few minutes, we walked there and back in about 20 total and that's cuz we were walking slow and chatting. He's having a tough week, feeling depressed and angry a bit. The joys of bi-polar. He says he knows it will pass soon, we go through this about 2 or 3x a year for only about 2-4 days and then POOF we are back to abbynormal hehe. Poor kid, of all the things to pass on, that was not one I wanted to share. ugh. I loaded another Zelda game on my Wii last night, so bf gave me a 1gog data card so I can get games and have them to my hearts content hehe. Since I mostly only play Zelda games, I'm having to move games that my kids put in that they never even play cuz they like other consoles better. Me, I LOVE that dern Wii! HH in HD would be scary, very scary...I'll be in touch soon on email, but for now, I must prepare for some time with my MA...Wish me luck! hehe. HUGS! |
