Hello!
What a great assortment! The first time I bought frozen mice for our snake, I was standing in line and reading the back label, as it was a long line and I had nothing better to do. I then cracked up the whole like when I read aloud this from the back of the package - "Warning: Not for HUMAN consumption". Really? Who in the freakin' universe would buy frozen mice from a pet store and think you could take it home for a cool and tasty treat, or to add to soup? REALLY?!? Good grief! I find snakes to be much easier to maintain, but I've just always liked them. Funny enough I have a bird phobia that is really hilarious but not funny at the same time. I'm sure the robins are out to get me some mornings! hehe. Fear is a funny friend that's for sure. I'm don't even mind most spiders, but yea, a bird just about gives me a seizure hehe. Our gecko totally flirts with me when I bring his crickets or give his tank a good misting, my son didn't believe me until he saw it happen a few weeks back hehe. I don't grow any of my own fish food or meal worms, but I do want to start doing some bloodworms and other squirmy uglies for the fish. My bf is still adjusting to what I do keep in the fridge for critters, he never had fish tanks or scalys so it's all new to him hehe. Well, not that new now, almost 8 yrs but still, my kids are in their 20's and have always had critters so to them containers of squirmys or slimys is normal hehe. Hope you have a great time doing the snake rodeo!
