Hey! I've never had to glue rocks together yet, but if I did, I think I would use epoxy putty. You can see it at this website: http://www.drsfostersmith. com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=3962 It looks like you just put some between the rocks, and it holds them together. It works underwater too! But like I say, I haven't used it personally, it just seems to be a good choice. I left you another vote too.
