Just me! How's your foot feeling today? What's causing your tension ? I had to go to the dr.s yesterday, I've been having insomnia a lot , so I got something to help, but I'm only going to take it if I really need it. I don't want to be stuck in a little hotel room next week with three other people and not be able to sleep! I had to wait two hours in the office! I guess they had a couple of emergencies that set them back. I wish they would call to let people know so we don't have to waste so much time waiting. Blaa, humid and hot again, had about one or two days where it was cooler. I really don't like summer, except on vacation! Oh well, better get going, got a lot to do today. Take care of yourself!
