Hello!
I am done with summer...my new rudbekias are wilting away, the echinacea looks like no one cares about it and well, I'm sick of sunny heat! It's really not been all that bad either, now that the solar flares are done, our temps are back into the low 90's, and nights are still very cool low 50's with light breezes, aaahhh, perfect for sleeping with all windows open. I've been deadheading diligently on all plant life that I hope to get seeds from so I can sow this fall and then more in the spring. Hopefully something will survive well enough to thrive. Bought some new super mondo rechargeable batteries yesterday as I totally killed the others and any regular battery only lasts about 10 hours, which gets really expensive to replace when super gamer mode is on. Told the kid I needed them for gaming and that the fate of Zelda was in his hands so he'd better not be lying when he says I'll get at about 500 recharges out of them as well as many hours of play. Too bad some of those hours are spent with the game just sitting while other things get done. Like, throw in some laundry, move a sprinkler, unload dishwasher etc etc. I bet 25 of my total hours or more was just sitting time. It's just a hassle to turn it all off and then on again 15-30 mins later, cuz I'm lazy like that hehe. Today I hope to get some pics out to you and Dot of some glass work, though it might not happen till tomorrow. I'm going to start putting some hours in the art room again on a more regular schedule, need to start thinking in terms of business too if I want to start selling this fall. Ahhh, dreams of Fall, I love Fall, then comes lovely winter and then spring, aaahhhh. Then the dreaded purgatory of summer...grrrr. Hugs, kisses and lots of ice cream wishes to you! I've been putting my feet on ice, my fan blowing on me and that's how I enjoy playing Zelda, it's my down time, ice the stupid heel owie time and conquer bad guys while finding treasures time. Life is good, you got that right. Though, moving to a nice cool climate isn't out of the question!
