Greetings to you and yours!
Yes, our winter has been terrible, very very dry, have had many nasty wildfires that made national news even. Crazy. What color is your brothers puppy? They are such adorable babies! All pets here are fine, my old dog is really getting old now, this will be his last spring with us. My cat is ancient too, around 18 but isn't slowing down, still brings me a mouse, rat or vole as she finds them. Our yard and garage are quite rodent free, to the envy of neighbors. I'm starting to get more done in my art room, learning lots and loving it all. Even all the bandages hehe. Little miss will eventually get something, I'm just still learning a few things and well, only family gets prototypes, everyone else gets a more finished product cuz I'm OCD like that. I did send you a few emails to your work, which then bounced back with an on vacation notice. Good for you! Bet miss is loving all this daddy time! My dad used to take special days just for me growing up and we had lots of fun while he taught me a lot about wildlife and conservation. I haven't seen Paul yet, but I suspect you got to see a lot of the southern Nevada desert. It's quite different than ours, but still the same sage and rabbit brush and lots of brown mountains. We actually get all 4 seasons here. Well, usually, not sure where winter went this year haha. Glad to hear you got some new fins and shrimp, nothing like a new critter to ease the blues! Well, gotta get busy, I actually have some glass orders I'm working on and need to get working if I plan on making enough money to keep buying art supplies! It's a vicious cycle!
