Hi, Don't worry about your Bolivian Ram's color if they are still young (most likely coming from LFS) They will color up beautiful when adults. I love mine ;). You are right they never get the ultra "shiny"? the Germans get but I don't think you will regret the color when adults at all. And Germans are so touchy. I had all mine not more than a year before the last one died. Clean, clean water and naturally soft is what they require. Thought I could supply that but .... Good luck with your Angels and Rams :). Happy Saturday! btw, I am trying to breed my blackish female swordtail.
