Happy New Year! How've you been? Things are quite nice here, enjoyed our holidaze craze and am now really enjoying a quiet new year. Weather is still dry but at least there are some clouds to help remind me it's actually winter. Been in the high 50's with lows in the 20's at night. I'm really tired of this weather! Where's my storms!?! I sure enjoy looking at the photos of your lovely property, wow. We didn't make it out of the valley this summer, but perhaps next summer I'll get my San Fran trip in and we could stop to say hello in person. Well, guess that's it for now, I'm trying to avoid going to the grocery store but alas, it must be done. Hope you are having a nice day!
