Hello! I think they'd get along fine as long as you got them roughly the same size to start with, they could grow together. I think the only issue knife fish have other than if something will fit in their mouth is they use a weak electric sensing system and I have read you don't want to mix with other fish who do too cuz they get their 'wires crossed' so to speak and it causes territorial issues, but I think that would be a great combo in a tank! Well, I have a lot to do today so I can stay home tomorrow and prepare for the big weekend. Hope your day is a good one!
