Horseface loaches don't need to be target fed, they are bottom feeders, so just make sure food gets to the bottom for them. None of mine are picky, they eat about anything that comes their way and are good at hanging out during feeding frenzy or after lights out. I still recommend you get at least 2, they do like company of their own and are so thin built, they don't take up much space, plus they don't swim really, just sort of burrow and scoot about the bottom, though they can make mad dashes when the mood strikes them. Such fun, trying to decide on new fish! I would still like a flounder but until I get the dragonspaz tank upgraded to the 55, don't have any more room in that tank for any bottom fin, the dragon likes his digging room and he's really growing so it won't be more than a few years before I have to get him more room. He's finally settling back down so hopefully I can start working on hand feeding again. When do you get to go fish shopping? |
