Monday Evening Hello! Hi! The timers will def get messed up during a power outage. Do they ever go long enough that the temp of your tank if affected? I'm a bit concerned about that. Lost our power for 2 weeks years ago in an ice storm. Didn't have tanks at that time, thank goodness! I bought timers that have multiple off and on times. Have mine set to go on at 6am (when I get up), off from 11am until 4:00pm and then on from 4-10pm. Off from 10pm until 6am. I've bought all my tanks used and have luckily never had to replace any bulbs. Lav4u!
