Thursday Hello & V4u Sorry I'm just now getting back to you. I've been busy...ugh! Does your tank sit by a window? Does it perhaps get sunlight hitting it? I know that can cause algae growth along with leaving the light on too much. I have both mine on timers so that they're off all night plus they go off two different times during the day. Not sure why your cory cats & algae eaters die though. I'm thinking you need to test your water...or take some to a lfs & ask them to test it. Too bad you don't like the snails...mine keep mine algae free. The driftwood I bought was covered in it & between the snail and the pleco they cleaned it up in no time. Keep me updated on your tank!
