Good Morning! What size tank are you talking about? Ya, Tiger Barbs should be great but you would have to have 5 or more to keep there aggression contained. And you would want at minimum a 10 gal to have them and a few bottom/algea cleaners. The Oto's are cool but don't do well adding to new tanks. Better to add them when the tank has been established 3-6 months. Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
