Bettas in the pond too cool that must be. It's way too cold here but don't plan on being here forever. I hate when fish die, it's so frustrating. I would like to get some more Bettas and try my hand at breeding some time in the future, saw an amazing copper while I was on my trip that was lavender bodied but with veins and overlay of copper. It was the most amazing ever but it isn't for sale, the owners daughter is breeding so perhaps my next visit it there will be some for me to bring home. Anyway, I wish you the best on doing a planted. I would really like to do some plants, am going to try some Java this weekend for my new fins, but would really like to get a big tank like pittbull and do all live and natural, just to see if I can.
