exactly if you take care of him he should live. but i see you have clown loaches and a pleco, but clown loaches get pretty big and like to be in schools. and plecos, common plecos, get about 2 feet. i liked plecos too but i dont keep them anymore, accept in my pond, because i know they get big. >(<')
